I purchased my vacuum from Vacuums Unlimited 6 years ago when they had a store in Lehigh Acres. My vacuum recently broke down and needed repair. I contacted them, but didn’t want to travel all the way to Naples to drop off my vacuum. Don, the owner wasted no time in saying that he would gladly pick up my vacuum, diagnose the problem, fix it, and return it to me. The vacuum was fixed within a day, the price was extremely reasonable and Don was very friendly. I must say that is real old fashioned customer service. Something you don’t see anymore. I would definitely recommend this company for their vacuums and their customer service.J. Johnson

Nice to see a place that can still repair things and not just sell you something new. Trust me when it is time to replace my vacuum I will buy from them!
