They responded promptly to my call, estimated the repair and stopped the leak. This was all done within the time frame they quoted and when the repairs were done, they reduced the final bill because the labor time was less than they had anticipated. We received numerous bids: pricing varied greatly.And while Sunshine was not the very lowest bid, TE, their estimator, was prompt, responsive and thorough while offering terrific local references (even within my own neighborhood) and a proposal detailing precisely what we had asked for.We agreed to final price and start date, and the work commenced without a hitch. No headaches with pulling permits, no unsightly dumpster cluttering the driveway, no partial payments in advance or at the midway point, just a high level of performance.The final cleanup was handled by TE who returned to thesite as the job was completed. He wanted to ensure that his crew had performed their function to our total satisfaction. Not only does the roof precisely meet our expectation, our off-ridge vents are the envy of the neighborhood. We just completed a re-roof of an investment property and were extremely pleased. The price was great, the quote and paperwork was prompt, everything was permitted and inspected, the workers were especially careful and it was done quickly. For the tearoff, tarps were put on the ground to avoid getting debris in the grass, their equipment and lift trucks were first class, and the work was done with very little disruption to the tenant. I was especially pleased with the wood work. Not only were there soffit repairs, but the gable ends also had wood replaced, and painted. I would highly recommend Sunshine Roofing of SW Florida.

The service was incredibly prompt. The estimater and the roofers were friendly and stayed on task. We were happy with the way they got to work and finished the job. We felt the cost was very fair.
