Have been using this company for 25 years. pool always beautiful . and if you need a repair they are top people.

With many excellent pool services in the Naples area, there is no reason to use this company. I have had many problems with this company, but I will give just two examples of their poor service. On one occasion they measured the salt concentration in our pool incorrectly. Rather than double checking the measurement or using an electronic gauge, they chose to add salt to the pool. This led to a very high salinity level which caused our salt generator to stop functioning. Eventually we had to partially drain our pool and refill it with water. On another occasion they allowed the chlorine level to rise to a very high concentration. Because of their error, my family could not use the pool for two weeks. When we brought in a new pool company, we discovered that the Paradise Pool technicians had replaced the wrong water filter in our system. This allowed our pool water to be unfiltered for months. When I called Paradise Pool to get a filter replacement or refund, the pool company never accepted responsibility and never called me back.
