He then completed a psychiatry residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Queens, New York. He returned to the South to complete an internal medicine residency at the University of South Florida, where he was appointed chief resident.  Dr. Howard is also an inspirational speaker who enjoys empowering others, helping them take control of their health and live their best life.
