Haleakala Construction is a state-certified underground utility construction firm. Mitchell is the president of the company and the primary qualifying agent with a certified underground utility contractor license from the Florida Department of Business Professional Regulation. Mitchell also qualifies as an installer of underground fire suppression systems via the Florida State Fire Marshal.
