Stumbled across this and couldn't believe someone left them 1 star! They are very easy to work with and do not just stand behind the counter, each time I have been in to see them, someone walked around with me. The only one that's lazy behind the counter is the cat!!
They are a lovely family to do business with.

Let me start out by saying... Go to Driftwood! The gal that helped was okay, but when it came to checking out 4 items were mismarked. The man behind the counter, no personality. The people outside gave me 1 price, the man behind the counter said this is the price? When I loaded to go, no offer to cover the carpet on my car needless to say there's a pile of dirt in my back seat. I mentioned to the girl that helped, thank you and that she should mention to her boss that the guy behind the counter was unfriendly and has no customer service skills. Her reply, "He's the owner"! Wow, I saw poor customer service review before I went, yes now I can attest! Stay away...also, the plants, not that great!

Poor customer service and over priced poor quality plants. I thought a smaller nursery would have more of a personal touch but they just stand behind the register and take your money. Don't waste your time, they are useless!

I had to wait for person to help me find equine item while cashier gabbed on w/ relative for a very long time, and they knew I was there and getting annoyed after a while. Poor service each time I went. Prices are inflated as well. Best go a couple of miles down the road to Sutherlands where you're greeted w/ a smile.

George and company always take good care of my family and me.

Customer Service is terrible... plants are even worse.
