After using several other companies over the years I can know say I have found "The Company". I have had others to service my equipment on a monthly basis but always seemed to fight them on keeping a regular schedule. It seemed I was always running out of salt and my system was not kept clean. I can know say after seven months Florida Soft Water has kept me on schedule. So far problem free.

After years of unreliable service companies, I have finally found the one. Not only does this company answer the phone every time I call, they actually show up when the say they will. I was referred to these guys a while back because I was told that they will fix the problem without trying to sell you something you don't need. This is so true. The service tech in my opinion will give you the honest truth with what equipment you may need or may not need. No skin off of their back. They don't have a commission based sales team working for their company. Any way, great service from the beginning to the end. Very happy!

Florida Soft Water is a wonderful company. They are always prompt and courteous. I appreciate the level of customer service they provide. No stuffy suits showing up to your door trying to sell you something you don't need. I'll never use anyone else again!
