So I set an appt a week or so in advance with Eric Terrell of E Team movers to move my full 26' Uhaul truck into Extra Space Storage. He knew where it was and said he'd be there at 10AM as agreed. We pack the whole house in Atlanta and drive 10 hours arriving in Naples at 2AM so we could be there for Eric on time the next day. I call him at 8, 9 and 9:45AM. He won't pick up. Bad feeling but we show up anyway with the full truck. No Eric. The guy doesn't have the decency to let us know he's not coming so we can make other arrangements. He ultimately texts me at 11AM to say one of his guys didn't show up and maybe he could do it later. We're dead tired and stressed from the move already and really didn't need one more rock dropping on us. This guy is irresponsible and untrustworthy. Don't bother with this loser. There's plenty of other good businesses to patronize.
