We went to the Carrabba's on S. Cleveland Ave. in Ft. Myers. First they said we didn't call ahead for seating when we did, so we sat at the bar and the bartenders were great! Then we went to our table and the server had a HUGE attitude problem we ALL noticed off the bat. After ordering, you could look around and see nothing but disarray in the restaurant staff. There were servers telling other servers to get the HELL out of their way...their words, not mine. Then a server coming through with a very FULL tray and the other server picks up a chair and flings it up right into his tray almost tipping it over. Then our meal comes. My steak with shrimp and bay scallop toppers came out and I had to wait on the toppers, tasting the broccoli while I waited, was stone cold, the steak was stone cold and I had to send it all back. Then my toppers for the steak came out. What a disgrace to this restaurant chain. The Manager brought back my steak and you could hear by the tone of his voice, that he also had an attitude. On top of all that they didn't even offer anything for our inconvenience. No free desert, no discount, nothing for causing the dissatisfaction to our table. You know what that means????? I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Great Place to eat Great serves, wonderful Italian food. Resonable price. We were in the Naples area for a month. tjis was one of the better pklaces we ate. will go bact agaion next year
