My husband ordered long stemmed roses to be delivered on Valentine's Day & what I recieved was a mixed arrangement w/a few roses & mums. I was disappointed & he was upset because he paid good money & didn't get what he ordered. He called & they are gonna charge us for what they sent & reimburse us for the rest. Let's see if that happens. I will never use them again... Not a trustworthy business!

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!! NOT ONLY DID MY FLOWERS NOT ARRIVE, THEIR NUMBER IS NO GOOD ANY LONGER AND SOMEONE CHARGED 400+ DOLLARS ON MY CREDIT CARD A FEW DAYS LATER AT A NIGHT CLUB IN ORLANDO!!! COINCIDENCE??? COULD BE....and I don't even live in FL

Hubby ordered flowers for Valentines Day - paid a premium to be delivered before noon. Flowers showed up THE NEXT DAY at 2:30pm. They were half dead - the roses were actually wilting - not just the petals, the entire roses head was hanging down at the stem. Promised a refund of $5.00 for not delivering before noon when the total bill was $111.00. At least they didn't have cockroaches.....

1 star is too much for this business. Flowers that were delivered was nothing like the photo and description on the website. Very cheap arrangement. To top off the embarrassment of a cheap gift, the arrangement had cockroaches in it. It took me 2 days to finally get in touch with someone. They don't answer their phone and the voice mail is full. They agreed to reimburse me, however they lied. It's been over 1 week and I still can't contact them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Very poor customer service, I was truly disappointed.

I had placed an order with an other company to be delivered to my mom for Mother's Day, and the day before it was to be delivered I had gotten a phone call saying that they could not do the delivery. It ws late in the day and I was in a panic as there was no place open to call and try to set up another delivery. First thing in the morning I called Belly's and explained my situation with the lady on the phone, and she was more than willing to help. They actually stopped the delivery driver from leaving so that they could quickly put together an arrangement to cover my order. I just got a phone call from my mom, and she was thrilled at the "Absolutely Amazing Arrangement" that she recieved.
