We were told we would be the first appointment of the day and the tech would arrive between 8-9 and would call 30 minutes before. Well I had to rearrange my work schedule to be here and the guy showed up at 9:10 and never called (didn't call last time either). He tells me it's going to take a couple hours. To me, if you have done this poor of a job so far, I at least think maybe you'll show up at say 8:15-8:30. So here I sit waiting for him to finish so I can go to work. Maybe I'll make it to work only 2 hours late....

Air flow has been to our house 4 times in 2 months. "Fixed" our ac initially then 3 weeks later it wasn't working again. They came back and claimed our freon was stolen-siphoned out from outside. The guy put more in and it was quite expensive. Everything was great, until the next day. I came home from work and it wasn't working...again. This time another guy came out to explain we had a leak in our coils that they didn't find last time and they would need replacing. Part had to be ordered and would take 6 more days before they could come back to install it. At this point in time it has been somewhere between 3-4 weeks without a working ac (except for that 1 night). The gentleman is here now finally installing our new coils and, fingers crossed, ending this hot nightmare. Luckily we have a home warranty that is covering all the costs, except the freon. That being said, after we are through with this I will be calling our home warrant company and telling them about our experience and recommending they speak with air flow and consider looking for a new vendor because we will not use them ever again. And not to mention my wife called air flow inquiring about our repair and the receptionist was quite rude to her and very unprofessional. Not telling you not to use them, just to be aware and consider all your options.

Second time we have used Airflow, probably 5 years apart. John is friendly, efficient, and came a day EARLIER than scheduled. He knew we were hot and uncomfortable, and we were close to his home so he elected to work late and get it done.
