I have been a member of Xsport off and on for about a year and I love it! Most of the staff is awesome and very friendly (minus the girls at the front desk), the equipment is top notch with flat screen tvs at almost every cardio machine, the pool is very nice along with the jacuzzi, and the women's locker room is very nice. The customer service team is excellent and it seems to me (at least with the couple of concerns I have had) they put the member first. The staff in childcare is really nice and the kids love them which is nice.



The place is open 24/7 every day of the year which is great (and very convenient) and there is always a really good vibe there, no matter what your fitness level. You cannot beat what you get for the price and I'm really happy with the place.



I decided to get a personal trainer (on the least expensive plan) and that has been wonderful as well. Xsport really promotes a healthy lifestyle, which is something I needed a lot of help with (apparently sleeping 4 hours a night is not healthy, who knew?!?!). My trainer is tough but I get results and I am held accountable and I can barely walk when I get done training.



The only thing I could complain about is some of the front desk staff--they are rude and ignore members, and sometimes the place isnt cleaned up enough. Many times I have found gum in the water fountain and 2 hours later when I get ready to leave it is still there. Someone should be spot checking and have that cleaned up. Other than that, the place is very clean, most staff is great, members are friendly and nice (even the muscle work-out guys) and I have never had to wait for a machine (although I never go between 5pm-7pm when it is crazy).



You wont find a gym with these amenities for that low of a price anywhere!
