Provided by YP.comI went to this store with my daughter and she picked out a necklace she liked. I called to make sure they would be open so I could buy it for her birthday. I left work and went straight over and they had closed up 15 minutes early. So instead of a great present my daughter got a broken promise

Provided by YP.comI stopped into buy a mother’s day gift for my children to give to their mom, and they must be remodeling. I found the shop to be small and a fair amount of lower end knick knacks with a very limited selection of nice gifts. I did not find a gift or a card at this store so I continued my quest elsewhere in Naperville.

Provided by YP.comA little more attention
I have dropped into this store a few times over the last couple months and each time I struggled to get service because the owner is busy talking to friends for extended periods of time. My wife and I try to support local small businesses whenever possible, but it needs to be a two street where we get personalized attention in return.
At this point we have no plans to go back to this shop.

Provided by YP.comI walked into this shop and was very interested in a couple of items but I could not get any service. The women working was constantly talking on her cell phone so eventually I just left and bought a few things at a store further down the street.

Provided by YP.comCustomer Service PLEASE!!!
I have visited this store a couple of times recently and left both times without even being helped. The woman managing the store was obviously more interested in chatting with her friends instead of helping her customers.

Provided by YP.comIn the middle of Downtown Naperville is a touch of Irish. The service is friendly and personal. If you are looking for a special gift, they will spend time helping and suggesting just the right item.
The prices and variety are very good for a small shop. I was looking for a particular item I had seen in Ireland, but did not have a chance to purchase. This shop had the item and it was less cost than if I had purchased it in Ireland.
