Was a loyal customer for 2+ years

I was overbilled ($180 for a 20 mile/30 min trip) and contacted them for a refund/credit, they were completely rude and refused to refund or adjust my bill.

They were not the slightest bit concerned they would a customer with OVER 30 RIDES with them.



There are several other Naperville-Based limo companies that are not only friendlier & more professional, but also at least 25% cheaper....

Thanks for great service. I just wanted to let everyone know about the great service my wife and I received last weekend. The limo came 15 min earlier, limo was brand NEW and bar was fully stocked and they even gave us 30min extra driving for no charge!!!! Thank You very very much, will use You again!
