Welcome to Comfy Bummy Diapers We are a 10 year old company, which was the brainchild of Mary and Tim McCarthy! After extensively searching for ( and eventually finding ) cloth diapering products for their children, they started this site to help other parents more easily find high quality cloth diapering products. Laura Smith and Laurie Auld ( that's us below! ) purchased the website in March of 2009. We had been looking for a business that would allow us to balance work and family ( we each have 3 children ) and that we would be excited and passionate about. Comfy Bummy was the perfect fit! After just 5 months, Comfy Bummy Diapers opened a brick and mortar location in Naperville, Illinois. Both the store and the website serve a diverse group those who know a lot about cloth diapering and want a good selection to those who know very little and need some help exploring all the options. Besides moms, we see grandparents and friends, dads, siblings, and of course, the babies ( we LOVE to see the babies ) !
