Napa Sew and Vac is a full service and sales location. We have staff available 7 days a week, open Sundays and most holiday 12-4. We have a large parts inventory, taking pride in having what you need on hand. What we don't have we can order and we can ship to your home or business.

First of all, my apologizes for my bad English...I live overseas and planned to buy an old Bernina from Napa Sew & Vac. Thank God that He led me to Russell's website. I sent an request to this company asking shipping rate and price of the Bernina I was fond of. Russell answered promptly. He kindly advised me that shipping cost would be prohibitive and Janome would be a good choice for me that I can buy from local dealer and have warranty and maintenance. I was a bit hesitant to change my mind since everybody praises Bernina, though I know also Janome is a good brand. Then we have had several emails back and forth discussing pros and cons of buying Bernina or Janome. With his help and advice, I finally went to the local dealer of Janome and bought a machine I think would fit my needs. I really appreciate Russell's expertise and sincerity. In my case, while most sellers might just give me the information I need (shipping rate and price) , some might be kind enough to advise me to buy from local dealer. Russell really looked into my needs and answered in detail with youtube videos !! I am so impressed by his help. Even though he knew I wouldn't buy a sewing machine from him, he gently answered all my queries...I highly recommend Napa Sew and Vac to those need a good sewing machine. He is willing to help : )

This store has everything and ...

This store has everything and more of everything and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was from out of town and they serviced my vacuum while I waited just to save me the cost of another round trip. It was worth the drive and then some. I paid just $29.95 for my tune-up and my vacuum is working like new!

Thanks to Larry and Irene Bruning, Sam Gordon, Mom and Dad, Danny and Betty, Tony and Carolyn, and some other friends and relatives, I was able to make my dream come true. My Business. I opened NS&V February 1st, 1979. The 4 years of experience with the Singer Company proved crucial to my success. I was driven by a desire to offer superior products and service. Customers were asking questions and I was adding names to my roll-a-dex, mining industry leaders for answers and solutions to problems. My roll-a-dex grew, my business flourished. Today the theme continues. We constantly review new innovations and select new products and brands. We study independent research and perform our own test. Our service department is the backbone of our research. Here we see every product available, where they succeed and where they fail.
