I've tried every shop in town. I keep coming back here for more than one reason, so my review has to relate to bike service/maintenance. from suspension and brake service to having my wheels rebuilt several times, flawless.



I was looking up their phone number to schedule some work tbd, and I saw the negative review below. I felt compelled to join yp and leave a review after seeing that. I'd be willing to bet he was irked by having to wait to get a tube pre-ride. I had a wheel built by another shop in town, and i had a wheel built by cycle sport. after 8 months, one was destroyed even after rebalancing/truing/tightened it half way through, and the wheel cycle sport built was completely flawless. when i got my carbon rims, only one place to go.

I had an unpleasant experience here earlier today. I arrived at their front door a few minutes past 10:00 A.M. Store hours posted state they open at 10:00, yet the door was locked and I could not see anyone inside.

I proceeded back to my car in the parking lot, when in pulled a Subaru with a young man driving and a bike strapped on the back of the car.

I asked him if he was opening the store, and he acknowledged that he was. I said to him, "You're late." I waited a few seconds for him to say something like, "I'm sorry," or "I got stuck in traffic," but instead I was met with silence.

I then said, "It's 10:10." Again, no response,

It was at that point that I decided I didn't like his non responsiveness to my statements. By this time he was walking his bike to the front of the store. I decided it was time to leave, so I then said, "You know, this isn't the only bike store in Napa."

Again, he kept going with nary a word.

I think the owner should know this is the way this particular employee handles a situation when told by a customer that he's opening the store ten minutes past the hour, not on the hour.
