I found the after hours receptionist very rude, unprofessional, and felt she was being judgemental when it came to behavioral health issues.

I'm so very sorry that others had a bad experience. I've seen several practitioners for 10 years and have had excellent care almost every time. Shame on the phlebotomist. Only one was bad, in that he left a big bruise. That happens when air get pushed in. He didn't seem to last there long. The rest have been just great. Most patients I see, by far, are Hispanic, many don't know English. I'm not Hispanic, and I don't know as I'm treated differently. Only one practitioner, a counselor, would I stay away from, but she was having some Very bad days. Others were just great. I highly recommend every practitioner I've seen there, 6. 5 stars after being there for 10 years. One thing they don't do well is find specialists. You have to find your own if they aren't part of the Terry Reilly System. AND, I've never had to pay a copay when I expected it after changing to Medicare.

I have no insurance and I went in to the Caldwell office for a blood test. I was experiencing skin issues, lack of energy, constipation, irritability, etc. and thought that hypothyroid may be the cause. Met with a PA, described my symptoms, and he decided to order a blood test. I had my blood drawn and nearly fainted. I told the phlebotomist that I was lightheaded and that I hadn't ate that day. She scoffed and treated me like I was an idiot for not eating. Hello! Some blood tests require that you fast for accurate screening. Anyways, she pulled the needle out and had me leave. Hardly drew any blood at all. I thought I would have to return and try again. Nope. Paid $31 in office and received a bill a week later from the lab for $45. Also received a letter stating that my results were normal. That was literally the only sentence on the paper. Then, a month later received another bill from Terry Reilly for $21. I make less than $9,000 a year and can't afford to spend $100 on a visit that resulted in no care or treatment options. Also, not entirely convinced that my blood was even tested. I hate to accuse them of such unethical practice, but I do feel that I was very mistreated. I feel that the employees were disrespectful because I wasn't the right kind of poor. I'm a white female attending college, not a Hispanic single mother of three. I shouldn't have even bothered to seek help. I'd recommend seeing a specialist who actually cares about patients.

Don't go here if you don't have insurance and are not totally poverty stricken or not of the correct ethnic background. Might as well go to a specialist because it will cost you about the same.
