I called J&d out to a rental in Nampa to fix air conditioner. Was quoted $1800.00 for repair. $6800.00 for replacement"wow ". I thought I had better get another quote. Good thing I did. Western Heating and Air fixed the problem in a day total $475.00 HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! That says it all! Scammers

Don't trust this company. After seeking a second opinion I found that they had possibly done some damage to the furnace. Charged $49.00 for this. DON'T call them!

BEWARE. This company charged me over $300 for a part that I later found out costs only about $25. Labor time to install this part was less then 15 min

Do not do business with these crooks. I had them out for an inspection of my furnace. I asked them to sell me a simple $11 part for my water heater while they were already out on the call for the furnace. The technician told me he would not sell me the part, but would charge me $89.95 for five minutes worth of work to put the part on. I drove to Home Depot and bought the part myself for $11. Also, investigating whether the furnace needs replacing or not. After the attempt to scam me over a simple cheap hose for the water heater, I don't trust them to work on my furnace. Sounds like there have been complaints to the Better Business Bureau regarding similar issues. Wish I would have checked there first!
