I had a Thursday appointment for carpet & grout cleaning. At 1:30 PM on Wednesday they sent an email with the message “We had to change your appointment to tomorrow between 10-12pm. Please contact us by responding to this email.” At 7:45 that evening, I replied, “ok.”

At 11:30 AM on Wednesday when no one had appeared or called, I called them. They said that since they hadn’t heard from me, they’d taken me off the schedule but would put me back on for noon to 2:00 . Also, the excuse for contacting me via email was that someone had entered my phone number incorrectly.

At 2:12 PM when again no one had appeared or called, I called them. They said they would contact the technician and call back. At 2:52 having heard nothing, I again called. This time they said the technician was supposed to have called me and they would recheck. At 3:03 PM a different person (with a crying baby in the background) called back and said the tech was having vehicle trouble but would probably be back on the road in a short time. Five minutes later, the tech called to say he was on his way from Surfside.

He arrived in a reasonable amount of time but the next wrinkle was that in their view, a kitchen is just the area bounded by cabinetry. Our eat in kitchen area was deemed a dining room and would cost an additional $50, a 100% increase. I agreed.

When the tech was finished and paid $234.90 I asked for a copy of the invoice. Since his was on an electronic device without printing capability, he said the office would send it. Two days later having received nothing, I emailed them asking for the invoice. It finally arrived, 4 days after my request and 6 days after completion of the job. I’ve requested a refund.

These are all organizational problems.

The best cleaning company we have used so far. Very thorough and efficient on our condo. With us renting it out it needs cleaned often and they are our new cleaners. Just a great job and good price.

They have cleaned our house carpets a few times due to heavy rains. Our sub pumps gave our twice so we needed them to come and fix the mess. They were very good and thorough, making sure it was as perfect as they could get it.

They cleaned our office before we moved in and did a great job on it. The crew was friendly and worked hard. They were done in no time and I am happy with their work and service.

Our condo looks amazing after they cleaned it up. I have had kids and dogs in there tracking just about everything in. They made them look like new and I am extremely happy with the service.

The best carpet cleaning and affordable prices. We had a minor flood in our basement and the water ruined our carpet and made the place reek. They came in and did a overhaul on the carpet and it looks amazing and smells good. Thanks!
