I cancelled a cruise 7 months in advance, and tried to get a refund on the insurance. They said to contact the insurance company direct, gave me an 800 number. Why I had to pay that far in advance, I dont know but I was told I had to transfer the insurance to another cruise. No refund after 10 days to look the policy over. I never got a policy. I am sure Hogan got a piece of the premium and kept it and I was left to hassle with the insurance company.
