Just to post an update Tina doesn’t have anymore dogs and when she did it was only 3 at most. Anyway can’t please everyone. The Groomer and employees are extremely nice and aim to please every customer!

Ok 1st thing is first.... the groomer does not let client dogs run around they are in a kennel. The only dogs that run around loose is the owners dogs there are 2. As far as customer service not sure who they spoke to . Tina the owner says it like it is . If ur pet don't like other dogs no problem we can cut nails up front or we can put her dogs in a kennel. No problem. I've been working with tina for 10 years. We try to please and acomidate everone. If you are unhappy well people we can not read minds u have got to say something .
I just wanted to correct the person that says we let all dogs run around . Thanks

The Best!! Furminate until all the shedding hair is gone. Even on our 95 lb. Shepard. We brought him last week and he still smells great, too! A++++

Horrible customer service and they let there 10 dogs roam around in the small area they groom, bathe and cut nails, which scared my dog because all there dogs are running up to my dog. Never again will I bring my dog there! The older lady is just rude! They need to keep there dogs at home and be more professional!!!

My 15 yr old Maltese is a pretty anxious nervous guy! His hearing is about gone and eyesight isn't so great. I used PetSmart Groomers a few times and never was really very satisfied. I tried The Groomer on 707 in Surfside and he loved it! They cleaned him exactly how I asked and he was really feeling good with his new look! Later that same night he slept like a baby :) I will definitely be back, they are awesome!! Thanks girls!!
