Took my dog in for nail trimming groomer cut 3 of his feet and said she couldn't do this anymore. Every time she cut a nail and he made a noise she scolded him and said that don't hurt. I found it really strange they keep door locked at all time. I guess this is to keep pet owners from hearing how they talk to the animals. Last time my husband took our dog in to get nails cut the other groomer was also yelling at the animals and said if you don't shut up I am gonna put this on you. He thinks she held up a muzzle. Not a good choice.find someone that is kind to your pets!
