We stayed at Neds Cove #5 unit. DON"T STAY HERE!!! The only reason I gave it 1 star is because it had a nice deck. Let me be the first to say we have rented from Old Colony in the past and have been pleased. They aren't the cleanest but the best of other rental companies in the area. Ok here it goes.. I am being totally honest. When we walked in the door the floor was dirty. The walls are filthy and paint chiped on all corners going into every room.The microwave is as old as the hills and the frig is rusting. The carpet is stained so bead in the traffic areas that it probably could not be cleaned. Paint is peeling off the walls and the wall paper looks like a child put it up and is peeling off in the downstairs bath. A big hair was laying on the kitchen counter and the glasses in the cabnets were filthy.The shower curtain was fithy and had shaving cream on it. The cleaning crew did come out and clean it again. After they left we cleaned on it about another hour just to get it livable. The couch is stained and looks filthy. Two water faucets drip constantly and have mold in the sink drains. Here's the best part.. There was a 10 penny nail head that was sticking up in the middle of the living room floor from where some idiot drove it through the carpet to hold down a roll or high spot in the carpet. This place needs updating NOW! Don't stay here at Neds Cove # 5 unit. We don't want you to see this dump and have to stay here for a week like we did..

Stay away from this business. They are slum lords!
