I went over the job in great detail of what I wanted done and even had the trees tagged with tape since I wasn't there at time of estimate Got an estimate and was higher than others I got but liked how he seemed very knowledgeable about live oak trees. The crew came out and trimmed some of the trees (only branches over roof and some on 1 live oak tree) they did not trim 5 trees that were supposed to and only removed 2 root brush stump (left many more). We met up with the estimator when he called for payment and we realized they had no intention of coming back to finish. He stated, those trees were not included (when they were tagged and discussed with him) he offered to take off the price of the brush stumps that they didn't do and that's it. We asked him to send the crew back another day. He refused and said "it's too far" I asked him "then why did you even take the job" the guys left tree debris all over yard and just threw their water bottles, soda cans and cups in the yard. I spent the night picking up what they left behind. They also got a ton of debris in my brand new HVAC system. I would not recommend them AT ALL!!! Very unprofessional

We recently hired this service to remove four trees in a very difficult location around our pool. They efficiently removed the trees and ground them on site. After the removal, they cleaned our property and the surrounding properties! We were very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism and highly recommend them to others!
