Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. I have been using them for many years and I wouldn't trust my G-Wagon with anyone else.

Very pleased with the service as well as the fast service. The dealership said that they were two weeks behind and Bakers got me in the next day.

Nearly $3000 spent and four weeks of time at this shop and car left my son stranded again. And I get was threats from Cal Baker to sue me for libel and slander! No sense of making it right for the customer! In my opinion based on my experience you should try another repair shop!

Great shop if you like being lied to, being overcharged or having your time wasted!
I will never return here again!

3 shops same issue. Ken's guys knew exactly what it was. I knew instantly my Benz was fixed.

Been using Ken Baker in Myrtle Beach since they opened. They are always honest, professional and extremely competent. The know their limits and stay within them. Very reasonale pricing and MUCH, MUCH less expensive than the dealership. Just check with their customers and you will know that they go above and beyond your expectations.

STAY AWAY!!!

Too expensive and way too incompetent!

After they "throw in" the shipping charge (from their own warehouse) the part will cost you the same as at dealer.

Their level of expertise is WAY below the dealer's, LYING is probably one thing they do well...

And I'm not the only one with such low opinion of them - ask around!

Or rather save yourself some time and aggravation and STAY AWAY!
