I called on Monday because my A/C had been out since Saturday night. The lady who answered said the tech would be able to come out to diagnose the system the same day and they don't charge a service for the first visit because they "want to introduce ourselves". I had a scheduling issue so I needed him to come before 2 if possible. She said he would call me in a bit to let me know what time he would be able to come out. This conversation happened at 8:30 AM. When I still had not heard from anyone by noon, I called the office and left a message on the answering machine. I called again at 1, no answer. I called again at 2, no answer. I called again at 5:30 and the same lady told me there was a mix up and he thought he couldn't call me until after 2 (suspicious because he didn't call me at any point) and he would call me the next day. He never called, no one did. So, a competitor came out yesterday and I decided to purchase an entire new system. I'm sure they're happy to have the sale since they've called me back every time I've reached out.
