After my 4th estimate to replace a 13 year-old HVAC system that was leaking, ONeal came out from Brown and Reaves Services, Inc. He was honest about only needing a 2-ton system for the size of the place, answered all my questions, and gave me the lowest quote of the three.(I had a friend that could install it himself and told me how much it should cost and the size I really needed-not what it already had in it.)
ONeal came right out (the very next morning! )at 8am. 6/20/17, & Josh and Brock came out at 9am, & got right to work. They worked very hard, even in the rain, was completely professional and very polite-even to my cat!!! These men worked very hard & made sure everything stayed clean as they worked. They did not even want to take a lunch break!

They completed everything,swept, wiped walls, & checked out the new unit, inside and out, to make sure the AC was working correctly. Brock and Josh even stayed extra to make sure the blue mold light they installed was okay. I smelled a burn smell. Josh took off the Air Handler cover just to assure me all was okay and stayed awhile to make sure! They even sprayed up around it for spiders upon my request!!! Brock & Josh did an excellent job! They even cleaned around the thermostat with the Magic Eraser and left it for me!
These professionals from Brown and Reaves made me feel like family; they cared so much! I will highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!!! Call them first! 843-497-9867
