Prompt, excellent service. The ARS representative, Jason Dawson, was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional as was the office staff. Mr. Dawson identified the problem, gave us several options to fix it, and got the work done quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable cost - no mess, no fuss. This is our second experience with ARS and they are a continuing pleasure to deal with.

Marcos provided quick, courteous service. Very personable and knowledgeable. Fixed it right the first time!

Once again we got great service from ARS. Eddie McKnight is the best. He is friendly, polite and most importantly super knowledgable about HVAC. He once again gave us excellent service and did a tremendous job of making sure our system is running at it's optimum performance level. He is very thorough. I appreciate his knowledge . ARS has a great technician in Eddie McKnight. I know he will always give me us quality service.

Marshall at ARS was very courteous and actually told me of a service that ARS has that I was not aware of. He told me they clean dryer vents and I needed that done. He immediately took care of it for me. I have used ARS for over 10 years and have always been pleased with the service but Marshall went beyond the normal ARS service. I will ask for him for future service when I need it.

My name is Ronald Griffin and my home address is 702 A 23rd Ave South, North Myrtle Beach. I had a hot water heater install the tech was on time , very neat and completed the job in a very professional manner.

Danny Rose, of ARS Myrtle Beach...Prompt, Professional, Personable, Price given prior to start. Isn't this what we really want from a service organization. He did a quality repair, taking time to point out what and the why of the repair. Glad I called ARS.

Yearly check, all was good. Tech here for about 45 minutes. Pretty thorough inspection.

Danny wasted no time taking out the old hot water heater and installing the new one. It has been 4 weeks since this was done and there has been absolutely no problems other than we have some really hot water. Love It! Danny and the technician with him cleaned up after the installation. I have no complaints on the service we received. I would recommend ARS to anyone looking for a plumber.

Did a great job, explained the problem and how to fix it, he even took the time to explain what to do in the future if the same problem occurred to prevent our AC from shutting off next time.

I called ARS for a second opinion on an issue with a tenant's air conditioner and got a quick response. James Smith arrived 2-3 hours later. After his inspection he explained everything and submitted a written report of his findings. James was very courteous and professional. He took time to answer all my questions and made sure I had the information I needed to make the "repair or replace" decision. Great service ARS!

I was having problems with my heat pump/AC on the hotter days, holding the temperature. A technician was sent out within 2 hours, was very professional and made the necessary repair. Altho there was a problem with the repair, Arlan, came back a few days later and patiently and thoroughly worked until everything was resolved and the second visit was at no charge. Great customer service from the first call to the final resolution. Arlan knows his stuff.

We had the pleasure of having James S as our service tech today. He was so pleasant and professional not to mention wonderful. Make him ARS's poster child!
