Watch out for their installation fees for add-ons they propose. A $325 UV system was installed at $1,600, with a $300 discount for having a maintenance contract. Had to contact their attorneys in Memphis to obtain a $1,300 refund. Also, during routine maintenance, the technician replace our expensive filtering system with their stock filter, which did not fit and allowed unfiltered (moldy) air to enter every vent in the house for over one year. That technician also did not notice the drain pan to have been broken inside the unit, which caused mold to grow inside the system and be carried into the house every time the air conditioning started.
