Don't waste your time or money, go to Martins instead. Got a full suite of appliances for kitchen and laundry and after install get a ridiculous bill for things like $50 to reverse the dryer door. They are far from upfront on these charges.

if you need any appliances go to Tom Morrisseybecause they are awesome to deal with and they back up everything that they sell 100 percent if I need anymore appliances Morrissey is the place to go because they back everything up that they sell at least we have honest people. and if you don't buy your stuff for more see well you messed up

I would never recommend this place. They are a rip off. I took my 60' dlp tv in and paid $50 to have them look at it and tell me what was wrong with it and to give me an estimate on repairs. They called me 2 days later and said the repairs would come to almost $700 dollars. I asked what was wrong with it and she said "I think its the main power board, but the techs not here to ask and it will take 1 to 2 months to get the part." so I said ok I will just come in and get the tv and she said ok that's fine. I got there and they brought my tv out. As we go to pick it up to carry it out I noticed a circular panel on each side was missing, ok no problem. As the guy was walking back to get the panels I looked at the back of the tv and noticed the rear panel was missing, then I touched some of the parts and they were not even screwed in including the lamp. So I'm not one to show my anger and I kept my cool. We decided that it would be best to leave the tv for the tech to put back together and I would pick it up in a couple days Because it was the weekend. As he started to walk away I said just be careful because everything is loose in the back of the tv. he said ok. As hes walking away I see the lamp slowly sliding out and I walked really quick and caught it as it fell out. And I sad that's why I said to be careful. He replied "it's fine, its not like its gonna break." I said actually it will, this is the lamp and we are on concrete, Light bulbs kinda break easy on concrete. And he replied " Well then maybe you should just take the tv with you because I don't want to be responsible for damage. I said that sounds like a great idea. I took the tv home and looked at the back and noticed several wires were cut from there harness, Great. At this point my anger is starting to show through. I called Monday and asked if thry could tell me what was wrong with the tv and got the same answer and the techs not there. I said well I will pick up the rest of the tv Tues. Tues I called and asked if they could tell me what was wrong with the tv yet and got the same answer again, but the tech will be there later. I showed up later and asked for the tech. They said sure hes right in the back. They went to get him and came back and said he left for the day. Then they said he probably wont remember whats wrong with the tv anyway because he works on a lot of them, but we can tell you that its probably the main power board plus some other parts that are no longer available. Good to know I was going to get charged almost $700 for them to tell me later that the parts are no longer available. It wouldn't surprise me if the cut wires touched something and shorted other components out. This place is very unprofessional and very disorganized.
