If I could choose a negative star rating I would! I needed three patches sewn on a shirt and called Boyer's Dry Cleaning to inquire if they do alterations and sewing, to which they said yes. I took my shirt to them and gave specific instructions on where the patches need sewn on at and I was assured by them that they would be sewn on correctly. The lady working there told me they do Military uniforms, which require patches to be exact, so I felt pretty good about having them sew my patches on. Seven days later I go to pick up the shirt and find all three patches to be sewn on incorrectly. All three of them are not centered and crooked. One of the patches is sewn on with black thread, which wouldn't be a problem if the patch wasn't WHITE. The black thread stood out like a soar thumb! To top all of this off, after pointing out all the issues, I was told to take it somewhere else and then they tried to charge me full price for the sewing job. After an argument I got out of there without paying anything, although now have to remove the patches, which will most likely ruin them, so new patches will need to be purchased. This trip to Boyer's Dry Cleaning has cost me money and aggravation. I would suggest that everyone avoid this place!
