Loved my experience. Dropped my car off for extensive repairs ($$$). I explained my money situation and I was told work would begin as soon as I could get the money for parts to Rick. About a week later I was able to get him the money, and due to workload he said it would be a day or two before he started and I agreed. He communicated through the the entire process what was going on and when the car would be finished. Then he even worked with me on paying the the labor charges. I will be back. Thx guys!!

Not mentioning any rick names, but...he kept the car for months and didn't repair it like he promised...he also charged us for unauthorized work that he claimed it needed...i would avoid this place like the plague!
