THIS IS A ILL RUN COMPANY AND RIPPED ME OFF. RUN AWAY QUICKLY. Here's what happened. I bought a hot tub from Sandy's from the Tulsa State Fair. First off they lied to me and told me it would be delivered in 2 weeks since I was buying one they had in stock, but it took nearly 6 weeks. I was promised a multi colored changing light and I got plain white. I did not want the step since out tub is a short one, but they kept saying they are only $50 so I gave in.

When my tub was delivered, first thing I noticed was the delivery driver was a meth addict. Now I have a couple of relitives and co-workers in the past that were heavy meth users and I know what to look one looks like. Covered in scabs, talking a million miles an hour and constantly picking at the scabs.

Then while unloading the tub from the trailer to a cart, they dropped it hard on the cart and damaged 3 side panels and left red paint marks all over it. They used goof off and got most of the paint off. They put it where I showed them and they just left. Did not show me how to set it up, explain the chemicals or how to run or nothing.

I called Sandy and explained that they damaged the side panels and I was told that the factory warrenty will not cover that. I told her of course they are not going to cover it as it was her delivery drivers that done it. Then I told her I did not get my multi colored light of my steps. Sandy told me she would have a repairman come by and install the light and bring my steps. And a month later I called and asked what happened, and she said "opps I forgot about it". They showed up here on the UPS truck and it's my problem on putting it in. It took over 4 months to get my light and steps

And still nothing on the side panels. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They have caller ID and They don't answer the phone if there is a problem. I had to go to a pay phone to get through.

This place should be put out of business as far as I am concerned.

Sandys is a small pool and spa business but her service and knowledge is beyond comparison. I did not but my spa from her but I needed my spa water checked. She gratefully checked it and educated me on the care and maintenance I needed to do regularly to keep it fresh. She was very friendly and helpful both times I was there. Anyone who says different must be very hard to please.

I totally agree with the aforementioned review..an ill run company is far above what this company deserves. I too, would like to give NO stars for review. We Bought our $5,963.00 hot tub at the fair. We put $2,000.00 down, and paid the balance of $3,963.00 when they delivered the hot tub. The sales rep lied to us, and promised us all we had to do was fill it..that was a crock. We had to hire an electrician to hook it up. We were told by the delivery people,this was not the first time this has happened. We were to receive the lid lift Tuesday when they had to deliver in Tulsa again..we waited the week and one half. Never hearing from them, we tried contacting them. We called more than 10 times,and always got the recording.I left a message just asking for a return call to let us know what was going on. No response. We got in the car and drove to this place of "business". We ended up getting the lift lid,and now installing is up to us.....or we could wait until Monday. How many times can that work? We chose to leave with the lid lift. When I asked about where is the sales rep we talked to,I find he doesnt even work there. He's in San Diego. I totally and whole heartedly recommend you avoid this company like the plague. No customer service at all. When i asked why they just didn't respond to our calls, I was told. ...maybe I could have. This is my first negative written review, but the public needs to know there are more efficient businesses out there with REAL customer service. This is my opinion..
