The loan officer was well informed and explained the entire process;cost,payments, all my options. We paid off some credit card debt and saved some serious $$$$...Best of all our interest rate was LOWER when we closed!!! The best rate guarantee does WORK!

I was able to reduce my payment 28% and AL was able to consolidate two of my credit cards into the loan under a long term low fixed rate, which was huge for me because I was on a ARM loan.
