Found this business by chance after searching for iPod repair. I had left my iPod nano 5th generation outside in a hard rain, I took it in on a Saturday morning, received a call that afternoon with a diagnosis which was a bad "Click Wheel". I received a quote, gave my ok, and received a call saying it was ready for pick up the next Thursday (that's with having to order the part) and a very reasonable price.
