What wonderful service from the office and the technician I had out. I will do business with them again!

James, from Metropolitan Appliance Service came to my home today to repair my washer. Before he arrived I received a call from the company that he was on his way. He arrived promptly after that call. He fixed the problem! He was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend that anyone in need of service/repair of a washer, stove or refrigerator hire this company.

Great company! They cam out for warranty work on my stove and I will definitely call them back when it is out of warranty.

The technician took the time to test my washer with 3 towels and it defected like it had been for me! He is very knowledgeable.

VERY BAD SERVICE they did not do what was asked to do. Called back the girl was very rude on the phone would not let me talk to the owner. Called back a couple days later for the owner no call back...

This place is terrible. Don Meyer came out today for a service call on my Frigedaire but instead did nothing. He was asked by Frigedaire Corporate to do diagnostics which he chose not to do. He also was supposed to do some modifications which he also choose not to do. This guy didn't even pull the refrigerator away from the wall. When I was talking to him he was packing up his stuff and not at all interested in what I was saying. What a joke this company is to hire someone like this. Be warned everyone.

Customer service is poor. Inconsistent information was provided and communication is very unprofessional. I don't know if they can fix anything, but I won't ever call them to find out.

I completely disagree with the other review! These people can't get anything right. I've had the SAME problem over and over and OVER again with our dryer and it's still not fixed!!! By the way our washer and dryer are only just over a year old. We always have to wait about a week and a half for someone to come out and "attempt" to fix the problem which is a REALLY big hassle having 2 young kids and a baby. That's a lot of laundry to pile up! Also the last time they came out they evidently cut themselves on something and didn't clean up their blood which was INSIDE our dryer, on the floor, and on the wall! We don't have the option of going to someone else for repair services, it's just whoever our electric company calls. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY TO FIX ANYTHING IN YOUR HOUSE! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
