This lady is crazy i took my very old and fragile black lab there and they took great care of him and the groomers are great they delt with my girlfreinds crazy and extremely bad tempered american eskimo when i picked him up he was pretty much eatng out of there hand. That sounds like a freak accident. Ive seen the flyers everywhere around the area, what more can u do. Hopefully nutty was smart enough to purchase her dog a collar and a licence.

I'm sorry for your lost, but unlike you. I do think these people are great groomers. I wouldn't want any body else to take care of my little precious babies. I have given them hard to handle dogs and they did wonders with them. Sad for you that you are so negative to a company that try to help animals. I know for a fact these groomers go out of there way to help little precious animals. If they were so bad why did you keep coming back. I hope anyone that reads this don't take one misserable person's judgement. I think these people know what they are doing and are professionals. It sad that this ladies dog was never trained to not take off. That's why you should train your dog well.

On Saturday, April 5th, we took our 2 dogs to these terrible people. They let their front door open (because they have no ventilation) and our tiny Silky Terrier, Tabitha, ran away--thru traffic and across Rt.22. We have spent every day since searching for her, but have never found her (as of 6/22/08). The owners of this saloon tried to help find her for about a week or so then just gave up saying "oh well, sorry about that". We have never been so tramatized or torn-apart as this ordeal has made us. Our boy Lahso Apso, Brutus, had his belly and private area so "clipper burned" that he could barely walk for a week and a half. These people are careless, irresponsible, and neglegent....and they have no Insuance to cover tragedies like this. All they want is your money--they don't care about your animals.
