CROOKS!!!!! Almost place first order with these crooks online today. At checkout, I noticed they were charging 10% tax in an 8% city. Company refuses to acknowledge the issue. YOU are being scammed by papa johns!!!!!!

Pizza Had Hair Baked Into The Crust

Today pizza came as promised. Ten minutes into my dinner my grandson found hair in his slice. We tugged at the hair to ensure it was not a strand of iour own. It was embedded in the crust. That ended our dinner. I called PJ on Cal Oaks spoke to manager Michael who told me he would send me credit for one pizza. I refused that offer and NOW I wanted to never eat there again and insisted on all money back. He refused stating it was standard policy. I drove right down there with the two xlarge pizzas as he refused again. When I got there he came out with my complete $35 cash. I was angry that I had to drive down there instead of just being issued a credit for the next time over the phone. He was not compassionate at all. A STRAND OF HAIR HAPPENS ALL TGE TIME. I get it. Life happens but a full refund is expected when we are grossed out by anything other than honest clean food. I will not pay any establishment to eat contaminated food. They are no different. Papa johns will not get my business ever again! I will tell everyone I know!
