11/15/19 - Still waiting for the incentives promised for my solar panels. Took this up with Solcius as they asked me to notify them if My Smart House flakes. My Smart House has flaked badly, either they don't answer the phone. The emails bounce back or they never return your calls. Prompting from Solcius seems to do no good as I have made at least a dozen calls to both. Now I am awaiting a call to schedule the install, will keep you posted.
02/06/20 - Update
Was supposed to come install Ring doorbell today, but failed to confirm or even show up. All calls are going unanswered again, guess they stiffed the answering service too. Called Solcius Solar their partner to see if they could set them straight. But this has happened for months now...
