We had a great experience purchasing our R.V. here. The sales Dept. went out of there way to make sure we knew all about the R.V. Before it left the lot. We have used the service Dept. for some small service items over the past few months, it has always been a pleasure working with them also.

I purchased an Itasca Meridian from Giant RV in Murrietta. I found their sales staff to be very knowledgeable and very willing to make a deal that made sense to both parties. They made a significant purchase smooth and actually enjoyable. Since it was a used coach, I went through it and found a list of problems that needed addressing. They were glad to fix each and every problem. I was then passed off to the service department. That is where Giant RV far exceeded my expectations. I was a mechanic years ago so I know the standard. They far exceeded it. There were some challenges with some of the problems which I expected pushback. I experienced none. John Mayke, the service manager said "you did not get what you expected so we will make it right." He did. There was an intermittent electrical problem with the turn signals and brake light. Due to the fact my coach was on a Freightliner chassis and his mechanics could not duplicate the problem, he authorized the repairs to be done at a Freightliner service center and paid for it! That is above and beyond. I highly recommend Giant RV in Murrietta.

This is a shout out to Manny and Ray at Giant RV! Let me explain that I was in a crunch and they really went out of their way to assist me! Additionally, Manny noticed some things and fixed them for the price of the parts. I was very grateful and happily recommend them to anyone in the Murrieta or Temecula area!

Best. RV. Dealership. Ever! I have owned a number of RV's (more than half a dozen) and well as many other vehicles. Up until now, I have absolutely HATED dealerships; all they do is lie and try to gouge you as much as possible. Not Giant RV! I went in two weeks ago to discuss a possible consignment, but just interested in looking at a larger 5th wheel. I found the perfect 5th wheel for me (which was, by the way, at least $10K less than the one the sales person first took me to). Then, Giant offered me VERY FAIR TRADE values on two older RVs that I owned. To top it off, the finance managers found me a lower interest rate than they first quoted me, even though the amount being financed was very small (under $10K). This dealership is amazing. I will continue to use them when I'm looking to change or upgrade RVs. The staff is friendly (amazingly so), they are HONEST, and they care about their customers.

Sales is great. Purchased a cyclone fifth wheel and hitch back in July we love it. The hitch wiring was a little loose. Brought it back to have it fixed after it started dragging. They fixed it without question.

This is a general review of Giant RV. I have had several dealings with Giant RV. The last one was to have the climate control system fixed in my American Eagle. Anything that I have had to do with them has been nothing but outstanding. They got my RV in a day after I called them. They diagnosed the problem in an afternoon, ordered the part, it arrived several days later and they completed the repair that day. I ordered parts through them and needed their technical help a couple of times and everything has been handled excellently. I have no problem recommending them to anyone that needs works done on their RV.

We purchased a new 2011 Skyline Bobcat trailer earlier this year from Giant RV Murrieta. We got a great deal on the price, they took our 10 year old pop-up trailer on trade sight unseen. We were treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The new trailer was prepped and delivered on time. Can't say enough good things about the sales dept. We will definitely consider trading up to a larger rv at Giant when the time comes.

Great company. Sometimes people believe foolish things. Remember that this company will still be around when you get back from your trip.
