This credit reporting agency has disappeared off the face of the planet. I've called several times and they have not picked up. I called the original company I owed money and they said they haven't been able to get in touch with them for quite a while either, which is a bad sign. So I instead paid off the debt directly to the original place where I incurred it, but thanks to this agency disappearing, I'll always have this bad mark on my credit report. I hope no one else finds themselves in this situation.
