If I could give this office no stars I would. Unbelievable unprofessional office. I was sent to the old office in Hemet after they've moved. No one was there. Finally found their new office only to be told they take cash only for co pay's. This after I was told they took credit cards. So I had to drive to the bank for cash, only to be told they didn't have any change! So they took my money and didn't give me change. Then the doctor spent 2 minutes with me, gave me NO explanations just said " you need an injection". Then walked out. I will NEVER be back. And I doubt I'll get my change back from them either. So very very unprofessional. I mean who sends a patient to the OLD address?

Dr Thio is quick and understands his business. Pain management is a difficult area, but Dr Thio is thee best
