Horrible online experience! I placed an order for a pair of Bloch Pulse tan Jazz shoes and followed sizing recommendations, as well as customer reviews, and the shoe arrived and was too small. Same with a Motionwear Pinch Front/Loop back camisole leotard. On the leotard I even went a size larger than my daughter's measurements. One Example: Daughter's Girth 53, so ordered Leo that had a 54-57 girth on it and it was so small that she couldn't even get the straps over her shoulders! This was in all measurements that I went up 3-5 inches larger! The sizing chart states may not be accurate so one might think it would be a little off? Absolutely not! Then I paid the extra $10 for 3-5 day delivery. When an item is sent back they do NOT do exchanges, only refunds and you not only lose out on the shipping that was paid but YOU are also responsible to pay to ship the items back! I will be letting everyone at my daughter's dance studio know of this experience. The company claims (part 1 of 2)
