I should be able to give these people 0 stars. 2011 Heritage Softail with unknown electrical lighting failures. Kept bike for over 2 weeks "troubleshooting". Added parts on bike without my consent and could not fix electrical issue. Twice they said it was fixed. I went to pick it up each time and the bike wasn't fixed with same issues. Front counter guy has a nasty attitude as well when you call and doesn't know a damn thing about whats going on in the shop and gave WRONG information. My girlfriend even called to find out and got a completely different story. I ALWAYS had to call them to check status as they NEVER reached out to me. After $500 and NOTHING fixed or solved, I had enough. Took it to the local Temecula Harley shop and one day later, Temecula fixed a wiring harness that had rubbed raw over time causing multiple shorts. Temecula only charged me $300 for parts and labor and its NOW fixed. Wow! Good job Temecula Harley for fixing what Arneys couldn't (faster AND cheaper). Never NEVER go to Arneys. They are incompetent.

Love it finished my Rhino fast and when the bill came i was shocked in a good way. The other guys wanted three times as much. Great service and pricing.
