The catch on our Kitchen Aid dishwasher door would let go when running, and stop the cycle. Vince came out, checked our dishwasher, ordered a part, then went away. Came back a few days later put the part in the door, but did not replace the connecting catch on the machine itself. I paid him for the part in advance, which I have never done before, then paid the balance for a total of $225. Turns out it still doesn't work, he won't take my calls. I'm out the money and have now called Sears to send a certified repair man.
Save yourself a lot of money and aggravation, don't call this company.
