Village Cleaners does a good job. They've always taken care of every problem.



Over the years I've had one or two things happen like a lost shirt--usually happens because they give it to the wrong person who doesn't bring it back--but they have given me a reasonable credit for the lost item.



However, I've never had a laundry that has lost a shirt agree to pay full price for one. Even on my custom shirts they only pay a portion since they consider it as used and depreciate the value. Before I went to Village, another major SLC cleaner lost a shirt or two multiple times, and I never got full value. It's frustrating but that's the business, so I'm not sure why Sonny thinks they would completely replace a shirt for him, when they none of the laundries I've ever been to will.

Do not use these guys. I had taken my business to them on a monthly basis spending at least a couple hundred a month and dry cleaning. I had one bad experience when they had ruined a very expensive shirt of mine. I addressed this issue with manager and asked speak with owner. He would not see me or adress the issue in person when he was there. They wouod not pay for my shirt instead suggested that get a $30 credit issued on my account. Poor management and the person handling my issue was very unprofessional. Other companies would ask for a receipt and replace the shirt.
