Provided by YP.comYes VERY RUDE. Don't have customer care, don't want to fix stihl products under warranty (does not honor Stihl warranties) and accuses customers for product problems. Takes product apart and hands to customer in pieces, not the way it was when brought in, in one piece and working. Also, if you purchase a Stihl product any where other than with them, they said they do not service them. We contacted Stihl and they told us to take the product to them BECAUSE they are an authorized Stihl service center and the product was under warranty. Murray Home and Auto told us that "they didn't care what Stihl told us, they were not going to service it".
