First, let me say that I have had the distinct pleasure to work with this wonderful company through my last 5 moves. I would not even consider using another company other than Kentucky Lake Moving and Storage. They were professional, proficient, courteous and went over and above in all areas to take care of not only our belongings but our family as well. They were helpful with all of our questions, they were wonderful to our two small children in helping them set up their rooms and they worked well beyond normal hours to make sure we would have enough time for our children to be able to be settled in their new home before school started. Not one item was broken, damaged or in anyway tarnished. The owner Ryan Flota, whom I consider a great friend, went out of his way to make sure every item/box was in it's correct place and accessible before he left. He also called to check in on us and to assure we were happy with the service we had we received. (Which we deeply were!!)



I have NO IDEA why anyone would give this company anything but a solid "5 Star" rating. I would not only highly reccomend them to anyone (and have done so on numerous occasions) but would also note that any comments left that were as ridiculous as the one left by Susan B. below are completely false but malicious as well. I understand that things don't always go as planned, but to say that has ever been the case with KLMS is absurd at the very least. Wonderful company, wonderful employees and stellar ownership is what you can depend on with Mr. Flota and his company!
