they should get a minus star for the theft of two checks sent in first class mail that were never delivered to the recipients who should have received them. VERY BAD!

I stood in line 45 minutes to request a post office box only to be told I had to request it on line. As my grandmother always said "it's not what you say but how you say it". It was clear the employee was upset with the change in procedure but her frustration is better targeted toward her administration, not paying customers. She was very rude and her loud voice carried through the office and to the other 20 customers remaining in line as she "ordered" me what to do.

Awful service and rude employees. It seems like the only thing they do well is lose mail.

YOUR POST OFFICE IS GREAT, THE PROBLEM IS THE CARRIER FOR 1706 N. TN. BLVD. MURFREESBORO, TN. 37130. THE MAIL IS NEVER PUT INTO THE RIGHT BOXES. EVERY DAY THERE IS A LOT OF MAIL PUT UP ON A RAIL, FROM PEOPLE THAT HAD MAIL FOR OTHER PEOPLE IN THEIR BOX. TODAY WAS IMPORTANT MAIL ABOUT OUR MEDICAL COVERAGE, IT WAS PUT UP ON RAIL BECAUSE CARRIER PUT IT IN WRONG BOX.THE BOXES ARE ALL NUMBERED. IF THIS PROBLEM IS NOT TAKEN CARE OF WE WILL REPORT TO EVER WE HAVE TO , TO GET THIS ALL STRIGHT. HOW WOULD YOUR CARRIER LIKE IT IF HIS OR HER MAIL WAS JUST PUT IN ANY MAIL BOX? I EXPECT A REPLY AND WE HAVE BEEN AT THIS ADD. FOR OVER 3 YEARS NOW IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN LIKE THIS. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. THANKYOU SUSAN GARDNER .(LOT 87)
